Nancy Carolyn Campbell Fink

Obituary: Nancy Carolyn Campbell Fink, 77, of 4158 Deerfield Dr., Concord, NC and formerly of Kannapolis died at Big Elm Nursing Center on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011. Ms. Fink was born on October 12, 1933 in Concord the daughter of the late Ray Lanier Campbell and the late Mae Plyer Campbell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Norman Campbell and a sister, Barbara Hines. She was a Baptist by faith and had worked for Cannon Mills Co. for 40 years working in the sewing dept. Nancy is survived by 2 sons; Derrell Perkins (Linda) of Concord and Randall Perkins (Pam) of Baltimore, MD, 5 grandchildren; Darrin, Laura, Ryan, Brian and Nicholas Perkins and by 3 great-grandchildren; Sarah, Devin & Caleb. Also, by a brother, Don Campbell. The service for Ms. Fink will be held at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Thomas Smith. Burial will take place at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 1-2:30 before the service at Whitley's.
