Nancy B. Robinson

Nancy Louise Beam Robinson, 86, of Salisbury passed away on September 18, 2024 at Liberty Commons Nursing Home in Salisbury.

Nancy was born on May 14, 1938 in Iredell County, NC to the late Fred Beam and the late Ivy Nichols Beam. 

Nancy worked as a weaver at Cannon Mills for over 10 years, she was a previous member of 1st Assembly Church in Landis where she taught Sunday School for many years also Nancy loved cooking, fishing and playing horse shoes but most of all was her love of her family and spending time with them. 

In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, William Robinson in 2006, a daughter Connie Everhart, grandsons, Nathan Melton and Ricky Graham and a granddaughter, Trish Parson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Jacqueline Hill (Ricky), Ethel Younts (Mark) and Lisa Stirewalt (Johnny), brother; Don Brown (Ida), grandchildren; Crystal (Scott), Jennifer (Derrick), Israel (Megan), Cole (Jess), MaKayla, Daniel (Brittany) and Jessica (Andres), Sara (Matt), 14 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Whitley’s Funeral Home, 1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd. Kannapolis, NC 28083 with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM in Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joey Spry and Pastor Johnny Stirewalt officiating burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Gardens in China Grove, NC.
