Nicholas "Nick" Scott Dillard

Nicholas “Nick” Scott Dillard, 24, of Charlotte formerly of Concord died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.

Nick was born April 10, 1996 in Cabarrus Co. He was the son of Joey R. Dillard of Concord and the late Mrs. Rhonda Elizabeth Dillard. He graduated from Concord High School in 2014. Nick was a hardworking energetic young man who was quick with a joke and a smile. In addition to his mother, Nick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Winston and Dora Dillard and his grandmother Margie Williams.

Those remaining to cherish his memory include his fiancé, Amber Stallings, his father Joey R. Dillard, his brother, Mason McCorkle, his grandparents, Jerry and Merilee McCorkle, loving aunts, Melanie McCorkle and Laura Dillard, his church family, his lifelong friend Nicholas Thacker and many other special friends and co-workers.

A special thanks to Chris Scott and David Jones and Saint Paul's Reformed Church for their support during the difficult time of grief.

A special Celebration Of Life Memorial will be held at Saint Paul’s Reformed Church, 811 N. Enochville Ave. China Grove NC, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 3:00pm.
