Nina Lee Howell

Obituary: Nina Lee Howell age 77 died at her home Wednesday May 25, 2011. She was born April 24, 1934 in Franklin County, Georgia to the late Boston and Ina Osley. Mrs. Howell was employed with Cannon Mills in the wash cloth Dept. for many years. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church where she was very active and dearly loved. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post 8989 ladies auxiliary. Funeral services for Mrs. Howell will be 2:00 P M Saturday May 28,2011at Whitley's Funeral Home with Rev. R. J. Hammonds Officiating. The family will see friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P M Saturday before the services. Burial will be at the Salisbury National Cemetery 10:00 A M Tuesday May 31, 2011. Mrs. Howell is survived by one Son, Scott E. Howell and wife Barbara of Faith. Four daughters, Darlene Gantt and Husband Mike of Enochville, Cathy Honeycutt of Concord, Jackie Atwell and husband Rodney of China Grove and Lori Deaton and Husband Jeff. oF Salisbury. One sister Montine Griffin of Kannapolis. Also 9 Grand Children and 6 Great Grand Children. Also by Cline Osborne, her boyfriend.
