Noah Scarboro, Jr.

Obituary: Noah Webster Scarboro, Jr., 90, of Norfolk, Va., formerly of Kannapolis went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his residence following a period of declining health. Noah was born May 28, 1928 in Madison County, Ga., a son of the late Noah Webster Scarboro, Sr. and the late Lissa Jane Campbell Scarboro. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carol Annette Osborne Scarboro. He was employed at Cannon Mill, Pt. #1, as a loom fixer with 37 years of service. He enjoyed his CB radio and was president of the CB Club of Kannapolis. Family members left to cherish his memory are his son; Jeffrey Scarboro and wife Cai Luring Scarboro of Norfolk, Va. and a sister, Jane Cromer of Kannapolis. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Kenneth Basnight. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Whitley's Funeral Home is serving the family of Mr. Scarboro.
