Patricia Gail (Martin) Goodwin

Patricia Gail Martin Goodwin, 78, of China Grove, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

Patricia was born July 14, 1943 in Surry Co., a daughter of the late Ira Tildon Martin and Viola Griffith Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Scott Greene.

Patricia was of the Baptist faith and loved to spend time in her garden planting flowers. She was an avid traveler and loved to take trips to the beach and the mountains. She enjoyed reading and always had a book with her. More than anything she loved spending time with her family. They were very important to Patricia and she cherished every minute with them. She was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughters, Sandra Greene, Carolyn Sides, Tamela White and Mary Jane Greene; Grandchildren, Matthew Ritchie, Amber Sides, Nolan White, Tara Rankin, Candice Millsaps and Austin Greene; Great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Osborne, Jacob Saul Torres and Baby Ezra Matthew Ritchie, to be born in May; brother, Jimmy Martin; her faithful dog, Bella; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 27th at China Grove Church of God- 413 N Franklin St. China Grove NC, 28023
