Patricia "Pat" Gore

Patricia Deane Gore, lovingly known as Pat, 81, of Concord, North Carolina, died on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Pat was born January 15, 1944, in Washington, D.C., a daughter of the late Rodney E Deane and Louise Deane Ruskin. She was a loved employee of Old Dominion Speedway and also worked and ultimately retired 23 years ago from Fairfax County Government, where she worked as a System Analyst. She enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, and golfing. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, who cared for and surrounded her in the weeks preceding her passing.

She is survived by her loving husband Richard Gore of the home, her three children, Jody Gore (Sonny) of Concord, Ricky Gore (Michelle) of Brightwood, Virginia, and Scott Gore (Amy) of Concord. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
