Pauline (Voninski) Fleegel

Pauline Voninski Fleegel, 93, of Kannapolis, formerly of Syracuse, N.Y. went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 7,2021.

Pauline was born July 28, 1928 in Onondaga County, N.Y. a daughter of John and Katherine Voninski In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Fleegel, II in 1973, and a son, Carl Fleegel, III.

Prior to her retirement she worked for Western-Electric in Syracuse repairing telephones.

She was a member of First Reformed Church in Landis. She also enjoyed gardening.

Pauline will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Services will be held at a later date in Syracuse, N.Y.

Family members left to cherish her memory include one son, Robert Fleegel and wife Sandra of Kannapolis, four grandchildren; Andrea Fleegel of Kannapolis, Laurie Fleegel Cooper and husband David of Maryland, Katie Fleegel Timmons and husband Bill of Philadelphia and John Fleegel and wife Michele of Savannah.

She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
