Pauline Boone Jenkins

Obituary: Pauline Boone Jenkins, 83, of 2045 Organ Church Road, Rockwell, NC went home to be with Jesus on March 1, 2012 with her family by her side. Pauline was born on July 1, 1928 in Jefferson Co, SC, the daughter of the late Dock Boone and the late Pearl Robinson Boone. She retired from the former Cannon Mills Company after 35+ years working as a weaver. She was a member of Old Country Baptist Church. The funeral service will take place at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Harold Jordan. Burial will follow at Carolina Mem. Park. The family will receive friends from 12 - 1:00 before the service. Survivors include her 3 daughters, Libby King of Texas, Bonnie Freeze of Salisbury and Susan Rice of Rockwell. 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Annie Mae Jenkins of S.C.
