Peggy Jean Sutton Osborne

Obituary: Peggy Jean Sutton Osborne, age 70, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at her home after a period of declining health. She was born April 13, 1944 to John and Gaynelle Sutton. Her parents preceded her in death and also a son, Shad Lane Sherrill. She is survived by her husband, Larry D. Osborne of China Grove, NC; two daughters, Crystal Faggart (Jeff) of Kannapolis, NC and Erika Ortagus (Russell) of China Grove, NC; one surviving son, Michael Sherrill (Danni) of Mooresville, NC; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home, Kannapolis, NC. A private family graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Johnny Johnson after the visitation. The family wishes to thank Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County for their caring and love shown to her during this difficult time, especially her nurse, Sharon Holt. Service: A private family graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday after the visitation at Carolina Memorial Park.

Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.
