Rachel Lynn Frazier

Obituary: Rachel Lynn Frazier, 23, of concord died unexpectedly at her home on August 19, 2017. A private family function will be held at a later date. Rachel was born December 16, 1993 in Decatur Ill, the daughter of Robert and Lisa Shaffer Frazier. Her family moved to this area when Rachel was four years old and she attended Concord city schools. She loved going to the beach & spending time with family, Rachel was a devoted mother & daughter, she was much loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, Rachel is survived by her two year old son, Lincoln Carter Burst of New York, her brother, Austin Frazier and many other loving family members and friends.
