Ralph Steele Corbett

Obituary: Ralph Steele Corbett III, of Salisbury died June 10, 2012 at his home. He was born November 10, 1944 in Union County, the son of the late Ralph S. Corbett Jr. and Blanche Melton Corbett. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Brenda Casper Corbett. He had previously worked at Rowan Mills and then retired from TubeTech-Honda in Statesville. He loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by children: Sheila Rena Corbett Evans, Wesley Eugene Corbett, Timothy Steele Corbett, step children: Judy Gale Suddeth, Grover Don Lewis, Clifford Glen Lewis, and Thomas Earl Guy, 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brother Donald W. Corbett and two sisters, Ronny Wensil and Judy Sheets. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Memorial United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Stephen Burrow.
