Randy Lee Allmon

Randy Lee Allmon, 64, of Davidson, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 9, 2025, at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.

Born January 24, 1960, in Concord, he was the son of Lula Mae Phifer and the late Archie Lee Allmon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debra Lynn Skidmore Allmon.

A 1978 graduate of Northwest Cabarrus, Randy was an extremely gifted paint and body man, with over 40 years of experience. He most recently was employed with Transport Renewing for more than 20 years. Randy enjoyed working on model cars, old trucks and mowing his yard. He could often be found tinkering in his building and loved just being outdoors any time of the day.  Although in a much better place today, Randy will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.

Family members, in addition to his mother, include his son, Andy Allmon and wife, Casey.

The family will gather at Whitley’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14th from 2:00-4:00 PM for a time of remembering Randy and visitation with friends
