Obituary: Raymond Hayward Pierce, Jr., 46, of China Grove died unexpectedly at his home on October 12, 2017. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, October 22 at Bright Light Baptist Church. His family will receive friends at the church after the service. Raymond was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Tina Pierce, his children; Marissa, Miranda and Dylan Pierce and Ashley Beaver, his grandchildren; Jonathan Yost, Becca Beaver, Angel and Harley White, his sister, Ann Hunsucker (Claude) and his niece, Wendy Gail Pierce. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Whitley's Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
