Rev. Thomas Huneycutt

Obituary: Rev. Thomas (Tom) Alfred Huneycutt, 73, of Mooresville passed away on December 1, 2015 at his home. He was born January 2, 1942 in Cabarrus County, the son of the late T.C. Huneycutt and Evelyn Parker Huneycutt. Rev. Huneycutt was a missionary in Europe for many years before coming back to this area where he pastored First Baptist Church of Enochville and First Baptist Church of Cornelius. He was an avid Ham radio operator and a Carolina Panthers fan. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at West Point Baptist Church in Kannapolis officiated by Rev. Steve Sellers. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Argo Huneycutt, two sons, Miles Huneycutt (Melanie), Stephen Huneycutt (Shannon), four grandchildren, Camyn, Leah, Madison and Julia and his sister, Debbie Icard.
