Obituary: Rhonda Lynn Plyler Outlaw, 54 of Concord went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2017 at CHC-Northeast Medical Center, Concord following a short illness. She was born July 15, 1962 in Cabarrus County, NC a daughter of the late Ronnie Jacob Plyler and the late Linda Sue Harwood Plyler. Rhonda was a 1981 graduate of A.L. Brown High School. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church. Rhonda was employed as a surgical tech. at Gateway Surgery Center and was also employed at AC Moore. She was an outgoing and people person who loved helping others. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Roger Steadman. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 10, 2017 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. At other times they will be at the residence. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Richard Outlaw of the home, one daughter, Tosha Outlaw of Concord, one sister, Wendy (Greg) Frazier of Salisbury, and one brother, Lannie Plyler of Salisbury.
