Obituary: Richmond Bullen Gage III, 51, of Harrisburg, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at CMC-Main in Charlotte. He was born December 7, 1962 in Dunn, North Carolina. Richmond had a passion for racing. He enjoyed watching Formula 1 racing. He has worked with various Nascar teams for over 25 years. He was presently Program Director of Motorsports Management at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. He was a member of Harrisburg United Methodist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughters. He is survived by his wife, Carol Stone Gage, daughters, Alexandra Elizabeth Gage and Sarah Bullen Gage, his father, Richmond Gage, Jr. and wife Vonnie, his mother, Dava N. Anderson, his brother, Will Gage, his half-brother, Roger Slate Gage and half- sister, Juli gage Owen. A memorial service to celebrate Richmond's life will be held at the Hendrick Team Center at Hendrick Motorsports Saturday January 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM.
