Ricky Lee Kee

Ricky Lee Kee, 64, of Concord, passed away August 26, 2021 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. Born August 12, 1957 in Cabarrus County, he was the son of the late Billy Gene Kee and Mary Lucille Clontz Kee Swaringen.

When he was working Ricky worked approximately 30 years for his brother, Billy E. Kee, Sr as construction laborer. His hobbies were fishing, playing music, and fixing things such as lawn mowers, etc.

A graveside service to honor Ricky’s memory will be held 2:00 pm Friday, September 3, 2021 at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Hwy 200, Concord. Pastor Chuck Overcash will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:15 at Whitley’s Funeral Home, prior to leaving for the graveside service.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Margaret Sutton Kee; a son, Ricky Lee Kee, Jr.; a brother, Billy Eugene Kee Sr.; and two sisters, Saundra Mae Kee Green and Janice Marie Kee Dabbs.
