Obituary: Orlando, Florida- Ricky Lee Price, age 42, formerly of Kannapolis, NC, died Thursday, October 29, 2009 unexpectedly on arrival at a hospital in Orlando, FL. He was born February 10, 1967 in Cabarrus County, the son of Jerry Huneycutt of Kannapolis and Patty Fagan Russell & husband, Sam of Kannapolis. He attended South Rowan High School. He was employed in construction. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Enochville, Kannapolis, NC. He had lived in the Orlando, FL area for the past 3 years. The memorial service will be 5:00 P.M. Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Dr. R. J. Hammond. Burial will be at a later date. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service. He is preceded in death by two grandparents, Dot & Johnny Fagan. Survivors in addition to his parents include his son, Zachery Lee Price of Kannapolis, NC; his sister, Brandy Curlee of Midland, NC; his grandparents, Selma Hinson of Kannapolis, NC. Memorials may be made to Charity Baptist Church, 2420 Brantley Road, Kannapoilis, NC 28083.
