Obituary: China Grove - Ronald Lester McClellan, Jr. age 45, of 125 Baucom Acres Dr. died April 18 at his residence. His death was unexpected. His funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 24 at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel.The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Whitley's Annex Chapel at other times they will be at the family residence. Burial will follow at a later date. Ronald was born August 5, 1963 in Philadelphia, PA the son of Ronald Lester McClellan, Sr. and the late Sarah Kealey McClellan. He moved to this area in 1984. He was of the catholic faith. Ronald ran his own Roofing Company. He worked commercial construction in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Rowan Counties. In addition to his father he is survived by his son, Wesley and his daughters, Amanda and Sunnie Nicole and 1 grandchild, Emily.
