Rosa Teal Clement

Obituary: Concord, NC- Rosa Nell Teal Clement, age 85, died Friday, May 15, 2009 unexpectedly at her home. She was born October 8, 1923 in Mecklenburg County, NC, the daughter of the Bruce Barmon Teal and Eva Barber Teal. She was a 1941 graduate of J.W. Cannon High School. She had been employed with the former Cannon Mills Company, Plt.#1 Sewing Room for many years until her retirement. She was a member of Centerview Baptist Church, Kannapolis, NC. Beside her main work she was an avid seamstress and beloved mother and homemaker. A graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Willie Rash. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 P.M. Sunday at Whitley's Funeral Home, Kannapolis, NC prior to the service . Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Charles E.
