Rosemary (Morrison) Sahr

Rosemary Sahr was born March 3,1940 in Moline, Illinois to the late Blanche and Walter Morrison. She lived thirty-one years in Warren, Ohio before moving to Concord, North Carolina to be near her daughters and grandchildren. Her chosen profession was that of wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Richard Sahr.

She is survived by daughters Mary Ann O’Connor, Debra Marburger (Tim), grandchildren Meghan Wallace (Tyler), Chadd Marburger (Katie), Kelle Miller (Sam), Eryn Marburger, Joel Marburger, Derek Marburger, Christian Marburger, great-grandchildren Zeke Wallace, Lucy Wallace, Joshua Wallace, Avery Marburger, Luke Marburger, Quinn Miller, brother Charles Morrison (Marilee), and brother-in-law Dennis Sahr. Rosemary will be remembered for her kind spirit, generosity, love, and devotion to her friends and family. She touched countless lives with her caring heart and will be dearly missed every single day. Her legacy lives on in her family, the joys of her life.

We will honor Rosemary on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Epworth United Methodist Church in Concord, NC. A gathering for family and friends to share memories will begin at 12:30PM followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:30PM.
