Ruby Baucom Carter

Obituary: Ruby Baucom Carter, 82, of Kannapolis died Sunday, April 24, 2011 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. She was born December 17, 1928 in Union County, the daughter of the late Espy and Ida Connell Baucom. She retired from Cannon Mills Co. Plant 1 #1 Weave room. She was a member of Brookdale Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday at Carolina Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Mike Hubbard. She is survived by a daughter Bonnie Koonts (Rudy) of Lexington, 2 grandchildren Chad and Brandon Balls, two step-grandchildren Bradley and Brian Koonts and two sisters Avis Morgan and Dene Williams. Whitley's Funeral Home handling arrangements.
Visitation: at the graveside after the committal.

Service: 12:00 PM Wednesday, April 27 at Carolina Memorial Park
