Obituary: Rudie Morrow Hager 91, of Concord went to be with her lord on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at CMC-NE Medical Center. Her death was unexpected. She was born on November 26, 1918 in Iredell County, NC a daughter of the late Stamey Thompson Morrow and Fannie Brown Morrow. Mrs. Hager retired from Cannon Mills Plant #1 Weave Room after 40 years of employment. Following retirement she was employed part time by Wal Mart in Kannapolis and was a faithful member of Concord Lake Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Concord Lake Missionary Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Howard Ralph Hager Jr. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Whitley's Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Hager in 1976, a son, Howard Ralph Hager Sr., 1 Great Grandchild and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Survivors include 2 sons, Jerry Donald (Rachel) Hager of Kannapolis, Glenn T. (Carolyn) Hager of Mt. Gilead, a daughter Carol Hager (Jake) Bost of Rockwell, Daughter-In-Law Sondra Hager of Kannapolis, 2 sisters and a brother and also 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren and 8 step-great-great-grandchildren.

7-8:30 P.M. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 at Whitley's Funeral Home.
Service:
1:00 P.M. Thursday, Nov. 11th at Concord Lake Missionary Baptist Ch.
Interment:
Carolina Memorial Park.
