Saundra “Sandi” Beth Julian Johnson, 59, of Kannapolis passed away March 1, 2022. She was born October 7, 1962 in Cabarrus County, a daughter of the late Sherman and Margaret Thompson Julian.

She was a member of Blackwelder Park Baptist Church where she sang in the choir.
Sandi was employed by the Kannapolis City School system as a teacher assistant at Fred L Wilson Elementary.
In 2017, her only grandson, Tred, was born and he has since been the light of her life.
She looked forward to the annual family beach trips. In 2020, she was able to join the family on a Disney Cruise to the Bahamas and it was the first time she had ever traveled somewhere other than the beach.
