Scott Allen Hallman, 56, of Salisbury, went to be with his Jesus on Thursday morning, January 23, 2025,
Born April 17, 1968, in Goldsboro, NC, he was a son of Florinda Kay Hallman and the late Gordon Wayne Hallman.
A 1986 graduate of South Rowan High, Scott had been a loyal employee of Freightliner for more than 30 years, where he was a talented electrical technician. He was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church and a member of the Final Destiny Band, where he greatly enjoyed playing music for the Lord. A loving and devoted husband, dad, brother, uncle and friend to many, Scott will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.
Loving family members left with cherished memories include his devoted wife of 20 years, Anita Gunther Hallman; his beloved daughter, Kenzie Hallman; brother, Greg Hallman (Melody); sister, Karen Wilson (Ralph); sister-in-law, Faith Baker (Daryl); his mother-in-law, Sharon Gunther; nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 26th from 2:00-4:00 PM at First Reformed Church. Funeral services to remember and celebrate the life of Scott will begin at 4:00 PM in the church, conducted by Pastor Jon Sherrill. Burial will take place at 2:00 PM Monday at Carolina Memorial Park.
