Mrs. Hand was born May 11, 1961 in Wayne County, New York to Ronald Verbridge and Katherine Perkins Lonneville who survive. Survivors other than her parents include her husband, Steven Hand; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Randolph; a brother, Randy VerBridge; and a father-in-law, Edwin Hand. A memorial visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, August 9, 2013 at Whitley's Funeral Home.
