Tabitha Louise Overcash

Obituary: Tabitha Louise Overcash, 90, of China Grove died Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Best of Care Assisted Living following a period of declining health. She was born September 19, 1921 in Rowan County, NC daughter of the late Demps Vernon and Mary Deal Overcash. She was a lifelong member of St. Enoch Lutheran Church and had retired from Cannon Mills in 1982. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Vernon, Wilburn and Ray Overcash. She is survived by two brothers, Everette Overcash of Kannapolis and Ernest Overcash of Warner Robbins, Ga., five nieces and five nephews. There will be a graveside service for Miss Overcash 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 9, 2012 at St. Enoch Lutheran Church Cemetery, Kannapolis conducted by Rev. John Mark Beam.
