Obituary: - Teresa Diane McQueen Rogers, age 64, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013 at CMC-Mercy, Charlotte, NC after a period of declining health. She was born September 24, 1948 in Cabarrus County, NC, the daughter of the late John S. McQueen, Sr. and Merlene Templeton McQueen. Teresa was a devoted fan of the late race car driver, Dale Earnhardt, collecting much memorabilia about him. She also loved music collecting many old records and dancing when she had the opportunity. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday; September 11, 2013 at West Lawn Memorial Park, China Grove, NC officiated by Rev. Ralph Robinette. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Whitley's Funeral Home prior to the service. Survivors include her brother, Rev.
