Teresa Suzanne Sawyer

Obituary: Teresa Suzanne Sawyer, 52, of Mount Pleasant went home to be with her Lord and Savior August 12, 2015 after a brief illness. She was born August 12, 1963 in Cabarrus County to Wade Edward Sawyer and Flossie Mae Sheets Sawyer. Teresa loved to read and enjoyed taking care of all the children in the family. She enjoyed meeting people and getting to know about them and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Wade Sawyer, Jr. Teresa is survived by her daughter Shanna Caudle and husband Mark of Mt. Pleasant, one brother Thomas Sawyer and wife Renee of Kannapolis, three sisters Joni Short and husband Carl of China Grove, Janet Eckard and husband John of Salisbury, Pam Bowers and husband David of Kannapolis, and three grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 14, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel with Pastor Mike Hubbard officiating. Online condolences may be left at www.whitleysfuneralhome.com
