Thomas Clyde (T.C) Goodman

Obituary: Thomas Clyde (T.C.) Goodman, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at his home. He was born October 15, 1954 in Iredell County, NC, the son of Molene Fisher Rahme and the late Robert F. Goodman. T.C. was employed for many years at Kannapolis Sprinkler Company. He loved NASCAR racing, his family especially a nephew, Jacob, and many good friends. Although he was not a member of a church and physically unable to attend on a regular basis, he supported various church projects and missions through his mother's church and helped anybody in need. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a brother, Benjamin Eric Goodman; and a step-father, Rev. Joe Rahme. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Ronnie Cooper. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Whitley's Funeral Home. Survivors in addition to his mother include, his 2 sisters, Barbara Goodman and Nancy (Harvey) Yow, both of Davidson, NC; two brothers, Raymond (Vickie) Goodman of Kannapolis, NC and Robert (April) Goodman of Mt. Pleasant, NC; a special brother, Tim Gladden of Kannapolis, NC; and a number of other nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Independence Square Freewill Baptist Church, 1615 Independence Square, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 P.M., Tuesday September 2, 2014 Whitley's Funeral Home.

Service: 1:00 P.M., Wednesday September 3, 2014 Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.
