Thomas Dabney Hardman

Obituary: Thomas Dabney Hardman, age 87, died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Genesis ElderCare, Mooresville, NC after a period of declining health. He was born June 26, 1925 in Madison County, Georgia, the son of the late William White Hardman and Susie McElroy Hardman. Thomas was a member of Franklin Heights Baptist Church, Kannapolis, NC. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Jim Grigg. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service. Survivors include several nieces and nephews including Betty Coone & husband, Carl of Mooresville, NC and Billy Moon & wife, Phyllis of Chesapeake, Virginia. Memorials may be made to Franklin Heights Baptist Church, 2000 Lane Street, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
