Tim Ross

Obituary: Thomas Timothy "Tim" Ross, 53, died Monday, December 17, 2012 at CMC Northeast Medical Center. Mr. Ross was October 19, 1959 in Cabarrus County to the late Gene Curtis Ross and Lillie Cochran Ross. He was a lifelong resident of the area and he worked for Wal-Mart for 13 years. Survivors include a sister, Dolly McIntyre (Jack) of Kannapolis; two brothers, Gene Ross and Ed Ross of Kannapolis, NC; and several nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jeremy Lefler; a brother, Matthew Ross; and a sister, Ellen Ross. A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 21, 2012 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kathy Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M.
