Timothy Gray Medlin

Obituary: Timothy Gray Medlin, 41, of 290 Academy Ave., died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, March 14, 2010. Mr. Medlin was born on March 28, 1968 in Rockingham Co., NC, the son of Richard Alen Medlin of S.C. and Martha Ann Sabo of Charlotte. He is preceded in death by a brother, Richie Medlin and by his paternal grandparents, David and Arbuts Mullis. Mr. Medlin was a self employed roofer and also did remodelling. He dearly loved his family and was an outgoing, positive individual. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Jennifer Freiman Medlin of the home. 3 sons; Justin Medlin of China Grove, Timothy Medlin, Jr. & Matthew Medlin both of Mt. Ulla, NC. 5 daughters; Ashley Medlin of Mt. Ulla, Destiny Freiman, Nikki Freiman, Katelyn Medlin & Miranda Freiman all of Concord. 2 grandchildren; Korbin & Kaylube Eudy and a third grandchild on the way. He is also survived by 2 sisters; Tammy Foight of S.C. & Tonya Mason of Concord. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and special brothers -in- law; Michael, Carl & Clarence Freiman and a sister-in-law; Tiffany Freiman. A Memorial Service for Mr. Medlin will take place on Saturday, March 20th to be held at Kerr Street United Methodist Church in Concord with Rev. Jim Hood officiating.
