Van Daniel Cobble, 31, of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
Van was born on February 7, 1989 in Cabarrus County. He attended Northwest Cabarrus High School. He loved going fishing and was a big fan of Duke Basketball. Most of all, he loved his family and dearly loved his two children.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother and stepfather, Heather and Scott Vaughan; father, Mark Cobble; grandfather, John Furr; daughters, Shayla Cobble and Eymber Robinson; brother, Robby Spears; sister, Meagan Cobble; step-sisters, Victoria Gainey and Tiffany Bekowitz; half-sister, Heather Brooks; step-brothers, Michael Gillespie and Dakota Vaughan; two aunts,Tracy Furr and Candy Voncannon, and close friends, Justin Legnon, Joey Weeder, Bryan Sebak, Justin Graham, and Laura Neely. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Furr.
A memorial service will be held at the Chapel of Carolina Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum on Saturday, June 6 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rowan Helping Ministries, 226 N Long St, Salisbury, NC 28144.
