Vickie Diane Hudson

Obituary: Vickie Diane Hudson, 69, of Salisbury went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 5, 2018 while at Accordius Health of Salisbury. Vickie was born on December 8, 1948, daughter of the late Dorothy Rodden Harmon and Howard S. Harmon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers; Tommy, Bobby, Mickey and Jimmy. She was the owner/operator of Village Daycare for children which was formerly of Kannapolis for many years. Survivors include her daughter Christy Anderson and a granddaughter Kylee Anderson. Also, by a number of nieces and a nephew; Jana Nance (Hootie), Kenny Harmon, Wendy Harmon McKee (Nick) and Jennifer Harmon. Also by two great-nieces and one great nephew; Carmen Fortner, Zane Harmon and Kayla Queen. The service for Vickie will take place at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8th at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Chuck Overcash. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6 p.m. before the service at Whitley's.
