Wanda Elaine Harless Allman, 69, of China Grove passed away August 13, 2021 at the Tucker Hospice House. She was born August 25, 1951 in Ashe County, a daughter of the late Hursel and Elizabeth Coleman Harless.

Wanda was a dedicated registered nurse at Atrium-University Hospital for many years where she won the Daisy Award. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Wanda loved sewing, crocheting, needlepoint, crafts and traveling.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, Aug. 16, 2021 at First United Methodist Church, China Grove officiated by Rev. William Van Wieren III. Entombment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the church sanctuary.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Richard (Rick) Allman, daughter, Sheila K. Allman, son, Dr. Phillip Eugene Allman (Karyn), grandchildren, Nathan, Kayla and Courtney, sisters, Janet Pethel, Kay Richardson, Carolyn Rowell, brother, Daniel Harless.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County and/or First United Methodist Church.
