William Henry Bruce

Obituary: Mr. William Henry Bruce, 62, of 734 Traton Circle, Concord, NC died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at CMC-NorthEast in Concord, NC. Mr. Bruce was born on December 11, 1947 in Royston, GA, the son of the late Isaac Eudonald Bruce and the late Flossie Royston Bruce. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Howard D. Bruce. He was previously employed with Sundrop Bottling Company as a service technician before becoming disabled. The funeral service for Mr. Bruce will take place at 2:00, Tuesday, March 9th at Whitley's Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Roger Bostic. Burial will take place at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Monday at Whitley's Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Faye Davis Bruce of the home. 2 sons; Thad Bruce & wife, Cathy of Kannapolis and Shane Bruce & wife, Patty of China Grove. 2 daughters, Monica Campbell & husband, Johnny of Kannapolis and Amy Hayes and husband, Charles of Concord. 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A brother; Berl Bruce of Concord.
