William David Grooms

William David Grooms, 58, of Kannapolis, passed away, August 21, 2021, at Atrium Health Cabarrus.
He was born October 26, 1962 in Chesterfield Co. to Sarah Jane Goodale Grooms and the late, William Ellis Grooms.
David enjoyed being outdoors and mowing the lawn was his hobby, and he loved helping people when ever he could.
He was preceded in death buy his father, and three siblings: Wanda Safrit, Marty Goodale, and Gloria Jackson
Those left to cherish his memory, his mother, Sarah Jane Goodale Grooms, one sister Sherry Furr (Randy).
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Carolina Memorial Park, with Rev. Randy Lefler officiating.
Visitation will be prior to the service at Whitley's Funeral Home.
