William Moe Michael Query

Obituary: Concord, NC- Mr. William Michael "Moe" Query went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at CMC-NorthEast. He was born on May 6, 1947 in Cabarrus County, the son of the late Odessa Lefler Query and William S. Query of Kannapolis. He was a lifelong area resident and was employed at Fieldcrest Cannon Plant #6 for 33 years as a supervisor in the Sheet Department. He was a member of Sunrise Free Will Baptist Church in Kannapolis and was past master of Southgate Masonic Lodge and a member of the Shrine. Survivors in addition to his father include his wife, Wanda Weaver Query of the home, a brother, Larry Query of Johnson City, TN and 2 sisters: Debbi Joines and husband Ron, and Tara Query both of Kannapolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2:00 p.m. at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Raymond Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, at Whitley's Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to: Shriners Hospitals for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Whitley's Funeral Home is serving the Query family.
