Obituary: Dean Middleton Willie Dean Middleton Jr., of Kannapolis passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the age of 77. Dean worked with colleges in food service management. Automatic Retailers of America and Professional Food Service Management were former employers. At various times in his life Dean served as a Sunday School teacher, Cub Scout Master, President of Midway Merchants Association, owner of Middleton's TBA Sales and Service, and Superintendent at Reeves Bros. in Cornelius. He considered his three children his greatest accomplishments in life. A man of faith, Dean often shared his beliefs by saying, "It works for me." Dean is survived by: Sandra, his wife, his daughter, Deandra Graham and husband Bill; son, Clark Middleton, and son, Dean Middleton and wife, Rita, grandchildren: Edward Middleton, Sandy and Anna Graham, Danyel and Nikolas Middleton, brothers, Clayton Middleton, Lance Middleton and sister, Frances Middleton. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at Whitley's Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:0 AM Thursday at Carolina Memorial Park officiated by Rev.
