Keith Poole

William Keith Poole, 65, of Kannapolis passe away February 12, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus. He was born June 3, 1956 in Cabarrus County, a son of the late Elmer L. Poole and Nellie Lingerfelt Poole.

Keith had formerly worked at Analytical Testing Consultants for many years as Technical Director. He was a graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School and UNCC. In earlier years, he enjoyed playing tennis and golf. He attended Westford United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir. Keith had been a former member of Jackson Park United Methodist Church for many years where he was very involved in many church activities and committees there, as well as a choir member. Keith loved to sing. He had been a member of the Piedmont Singing Men’s group in Cabarrus County for a number of years. Keith also loved reading, the outdoors and working out in his yard.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Jeffrey Rushing. His family will greet friends prior from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.

Keith is survived by his wife, Patti Poole, children, Mallory Anne Beam, Brandon Keith Poole, brothers, Eric L. Poole (Tammy) and Mark D. Poole (Monica).
