Michael Wesley Pope

Michael Wesley Pope, 68, of Kannapolis, passed away, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.
He was born February 28, 1955 in Cabarrus Co. to the late Henry Douglas Pope, and Zelia Elizabeth Sides Pope.
Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1973-1976. He worked for the True Value Hardware in Concord, and worked customer service, parts counter, he also enjoyed working on and fixing small engines, playing golf and fishing, Michael had many friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory, sister, Elizabeth Helms of Kannapolis, brother, Phillip Pope (Cherie) of Salisbury, and many nieces and nephews.
